| Gem Random Acts of Kindness® 2006 Holiday Give-Away Program Provides Holiday Cheer For Local Families |
Gem has partnered with Citadel Communications once again and will be donating $ 500.00 to needy families this holiday season. Citadel stations 92 PRO-FM, Lite Rock 105 and 630 WPRO-AM will be participating in this years program. “This is the second year for this program, said Anthony Gemma, President of Gem Plumbing & Heating”. “So many local families are in need this holiday season and last year’s recipients were so incredibly grateful, we decided to bring the program back for another year”.
Random Acts of Kindness are the considerate, unexpected good deeds that you do that make someone’s day by making them smile. Acts of kindness could include paying for a coffee for the person behind you, volunteering for your favorite charity, or helping a neighbor in need.
The Random Acts of Kindness® Holiday Give-Away Program offers the opportunity for fifteen local needy families to receive a $ 500.00 gift, on behalf of Gem Plumbing & Heating and Citadel. Families in need are encouraged to submit a 500 word story about their situation by clicking on the Random Acts of Kindness Smiley Face on any of the participating radio station websites or www.gemplumbing.com no later than December 20th. Winners chosen will be notified by Gem Plumbing & Heating and Citadel Communications.
